Look What We Grew!!

I actually got something to grow without killing it!!! We have many beautiful tulips in out front yard now. Most of them surround our little tree that is in the middle of the yard.

This was the first one that bloomed. Awwww, so cute!

I just thought this was a neat picture. Wierd how they explode when they open.

Here is yet another shot of the same flower.

I took this one only a few days after the first. Now our little pink tulips has friends of many colors!

This one was taken at dusk, so I am not sure if you can really see it. It is our little blooming tree with the tulips. I am not sure what kind of tree it is, but the blooms look like little pink carnations. I think it will be pretty when it has a little more size to it.

I just wanted to share a tid bit of our garden. Oh, Mom...there are all kind of bulbs popping p by the pond in the front. I will take pictures of those when they are not little green spikes in the ground!

New Pics of Gus-Gus Woo!

Sleeping Beauty.

Mom!!! I'm Hungry!!! He really does bring us his bowl when he is hungry or thirsty. It is too cute! The only bad part is when he is hungry and there is still water in his bowl. Makes a mess, but at least it is just water. Thank goodness for the Spot Bot!!

Maybe if I shut my eyes you will stop taking pictures of me.

I love my new fence mom!! I can run and and run and run after my frisbee!

Isn't he so manly in his yard?!

More of San Fransico

These are just some random pictures that I took throughout the day.
The boat dock area that was outside the window at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company where we had lunch. Nice boats.
The Ghirardelli Chocolate factory sign in Ghirardelli Square.
Mom and Dad relaxing outside the chocolate shop in the square.
My personal favorite...The Bay Bridge at night. The car was moving and the flash was off so I could get a good shot of the lights. I din't think it would blur it like that, but I love it!

Alcatraz Island

Here are some pics of Alcatraz Island.

The entrance sign when you get off the ferry.

View of the Golden Gate Bridge from the Backside of the island.

The supposed escape route that the three men used to escape frokm Alcatraz. Sorry, I can't seem to remember the names. There is a famous movie about it though. Gotta love Clint Eastwood, right Dad?

The had pictures of the knives used in the kitchen behinnd where they were hung to make sure that they were all there at all times.

View of the Sallyport from the walkway to the cellblocks.

The guards area. This is where they would report for duty and sound alarms if needed.

This is where the prisoners got showered and recieved theur prison uniforms upon arriving to the island.

The cell block.

A typical cell. Comfy Huh!?
Solitary Confinement.

View of San Fransico from the Island.
Mom and Dad at the entrance sign when we are waiting for the ferry to take us back to the city.

San Fransisco with the Fam!

I am finally posting the pictures that I took while in San Fransico with my family last month. Sorry to those who have been waiting patiently. I really needed a break from laundry and thought this would be a good thing to do. So, here are some highlights of the trip:

Cable cars are the coolest things!

Flags at Pier 39.
Steph, Dad, and I on an old-time cable car waiting for the ferry to take us to Alcatraz.
I just thought this was a cool statue. I am not sure what it is supposed to be, but I just thought it was picture worthy.
Hoit Tower...Just for you Mom and Dad. I knew I had a decent picture of it.
The Bay Bridge from the ferry to Alcatraz. My crazy sister had to sit on the top of the boat. Can I just say...Burrrrr.

Alcatraz from the ferry over. Pretty creepy place. It just kind of gives you the heeby-jeebies knowing who lived there for a while.
